The files are sent to you within 1 business day upon completion of your recording session. If you are on the subscription plan, your edited files (e.g. a first draft) are sent to you within 14 business days upon the completion of your recording and receiving of all needed files.

If you are ordering our editing service (as a subscription or as an extra service), revisions are unlimited and each revision is expected to take up to three business days.

You can reschedule for free up to 24h before the start of the recording. After that we can't refund and the full amount will be charged. Please use the link in your calendar invite to reschedule or reach out to cedric@curated.ch for support.

The greenscreen gives you the opportunity to add to the background whatever you like and make it unique to your needs. From a nice view, to your office but also just a single-colour background, it's all possible. We even have an artist who requested a living room with changing art every few minutes. If you are signed up to the subscription, this service is included. For on-demand clients this is an extra service.
